Dear friends,

Here is my “new” submissions for the Winter Retreat of Carpe Diem Haiku Kai. 30 Days of writing a haiku or tanka every day. A real challenge, but also a joy …

This one is from my archives and it was written in the summer of 2015, the prompt than was “alone”, and this is what I said about it than:

“I have chosen to go in a more spiritual meaning of alone for this haiku. I saw myself high in the mountains, escaping the razzle-dazzle of the world, seeking for deeper knowledge and deeper spiritual silence. And than the cry of an eagle, the spirit of deeper knowledge and change, to make that silence even deeper … Just an awesome feeling …”

See you next time …
