maybe you have already read it, but if not I love to invite you to visit my daily haiku meme Carpe Diem Haiku Kai. This month we are walking The Road to Santiago together with Paulo Coelho while reading his novel “The Pilgrimage”, but that’s not all afew days ago I started the Spring Retreat 2017, 30 days of writing haiku, tanka, haiga or tank-art at least one a day themed “fragile beauty”.

  1. From a human viewpoint, a cobweb is indeed fragile and beautiful, as the haiku so vividly says. Here is another viewpoint.

            Last words of a fly:
            “‘so fragile’ said the haiku,
            but too strong for me.”
